A flat for 2 people situated on the first floor. It has a double bedroom to the rear with en-suite shower room and a third room which combines a fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area.

Flat 3 Albany House is a self-catering, first floor renovated, comfortable apartment which retains some of the features of the 200-year-old house it is located in. Suitable for 2 people (Double bed).

It has a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe & vanity basin with a LED illuminated wall mirror c/w shaver socket above, to the rear of the bedroom is the en-suite shower room and a third room which combines a fully fitted kitchen with refrigerator c/w small freezer compartment, dining and lounge area.

 

Includes, double bed, microwave, smart television, dvd player, radio and hair dryer.

There is an ironing board and iron available for everyone to use.

All linen is changed weekly, and towels for use in flat are provided. Please do not use the provided towels on the beach.

 

Free WiFi included.

This property is strictly no vaping/smoking.

Albany House is located within 100m of 2 beaches with Porthcressa Beach just behind the property and Town Beach across the road, close to all local amenities including the harbour for island hopping and boat trips.

Terms & Conditions

To confirm your booking, we require a £100.00 per week deposit with the balance paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. Bookings for Flat 3 Albany House are from Thursday to Thursday, but we can be more flexible for early and late bookings, so please do ask for alternative dates and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation policy

We will make every effort to re-let cancelled accommodation. However, we would advise that the full amount will be charged if the accommodation is not re-booked and we therefore recommend that guests take out insurance.

Damages/Loss or Non return of keys

Any be it accidental or wilful damage will be assessed and if necessary, charged at cost and invoiced following works. Non-return or loss of keys will be charged at £100.00.

 

Please advise any damage to the property or its contents at time of damage/loss or un-returned keys via email to the above.

Arrival & Departure

We hope to have the property ready as soon as possible for arriving guests and would therefore ask departing guests to vacate by 9.30am. We will, of course, look after luggage for guests arriving early or departing late.

If possible, please advise estimated arrival time* as we hope to have the property ready as soon as possible (by 3pm/*earliest time will be advised prior to your arrival if requested) for arriving guests and would therefore ask departing guests to vacate the flat by 9.30am.

 

On your arrival the keys will be available in a key safe (the code will be sent to you prior to your arrival) and please remember to leave the keys in the key safe on your departure.

There is an area under the stairs in the hall where you may leave your luggage (if available).

Front door from the half landing leads into:

Living Room / Dining Room / Kitchen 15’0” x 12’0” Having two large windows overlooking Church Street.
There is vinyl flooring in the kitchen area and fully tiled walls which has been comprehensively fitted with white base & wall cabinets topped by oak effect work surface. Fittings include a 1.5 bowl inset sink unit. Belling four ring ceramic hob with grill and oven under and extractor fan over. Creda integrated refrigerator. The hot water is provided by the under sink instantaneous water heater. Eleven power points. Television socket.

Access into:

Bedroom 9’2” x 8’2” Built in double wardrobe plus a built in cupboard with shelving, a vanity basin is set into a melamine work surface with cupboard beneath and a LED illuminated wall mounted mirror c/w shaver socket above. Two power points. Two over bed LED reading lights. Fire door for access directly to shared hallway.

 

Shower Room The walls are fully tiled. Fittings include a shower cubicle with glass door and Mira electric shower unit and low level w.c. Wall mounted electric towel rail.
 

Outside at the rear of the house on the ground floor is an enclosed patio area 26’0” x 16’0” C/W washing line which is for communal use. The waste bin storage is provided there.

There is no pedestrian access from the back of the property (this is for emergency use only).
